I don't understand this whole sentiment of UK (or OSU or UofL) being "afraid" to play Xavier, or unwilling to play Xavier. I have heard from sources close to the Ohio U. athletic dept. (i.e. an SID, and college buddies working in the athletic dept.) that UC, XU and OSU all have the same feelings about playing Ohio U. Every school has another program that they won't play for any reason and there is no need to gripe about it. That is just the way it is, and always will be, unless someway or somehow college basketball stops worrying about turning profits.
