ud= "Back to life, back to the NIT"....if they are lucky. If I had a pissy red sweater with blue lettering in my closet, I'd lie and tell people I am a St B fan

Wait, I am sure Pauley, or Tony or whoever lasagna can enlighten us on their next great recruit

xtremexfan,

actually, my posts are usually well thought out. unfortunately, yours was not. your response was to start name calling and posting things that have nothing to do with the topic. from my outlook, that shows a lack of intelligence, or perhaps maturity.

this thread was started by the OP after ud lost at ri. i merely pointed out that i didn't expect ud to win at ri. they are obviously very good at home (11-0, i believe). we'll just have to wait and see how x does when they play at ri. i think they are going to have a tough time.

I think Dayton has work to do in the league. In my view they must finish fourth or they can’t expect the committee to reach down and get them unless they make the tourney finals. Right now they’re under .500 in the league and looking up at Charlotte, Temple and Richmond. With all due respect to their win at Louisville, they like everyone else in this league, have trouble winning on the road. It is my humble opinion that should they finish in 6th place in the league and go out early in the tourney, there will be no NIT bid either. That would be a shame for Brian Roberts.

This thread was not about UD losing to RI, but instead about the decline of UD. I pointed out that UD fan's are not allowed to open their mouths to X fans, because X owns UD (Don't bring up like the past 100 years, since your always stuck in the past). The day UD starts beating X consistently, I give you permission to open your mouth to the X fans. Until then, try to hold down your beautiful and prosperous city.

What I love about UD fans is their excuses only go one way.

I will agree 100% that their injuries had a significant impact on the outcome of our victory. They in turn have to give Louiville and Pitt. the same excuse. If memory serves those two teams were in a similiar injury state when UD beat them as UD was when we KILLED them.

Hey UD fans pick one side of your mouth to talk out of at a time.

detroit,
if you were to go back and look at my posts on here after the x game you would see i never ONCE said ud lost that game because of injuries. they lost that game by 26 because of injuries. even with a 100% healthy team i doubt ud would have won. however, they wouldn't have been blown out; of that i am sure. the same with the ud-pittsburgh game . ud played so well that night i believe they would have beaten a healthy pitt - but not by 25. i also think ud beats both richmond and umass with a healthy team, but not at ri. they're pretty good there.

you'll see for yourself soon enough.

if x was humming along at 12-1, lost their top two rebounders and 2nd and 3rd leading scorers and proceeded to go 3-4, what would you think? hmmm, maybe the injuries have something to do with that? if you say no then you are flat out a liar.
good day sir

I can't not wait till X goes to RI and beats them, because baloney will never hear the end of it since he is talking so much crap leading up to it. Until then, there is probably a job opening at that very fancy Wendys by the urine dump arena or at one of the 18 million prosperous factories.

That's a bunch of baloney, Joey!

I only went back 4 seasons but X won both times they traveled out to Kingston in their most recent visits.

always can count on mature responses from some of you on here, and so funny too.

i don't know what the last four visits to ri for x have to do with this year. this ri team is pretty much the same team that x lost to last year, and i think x was a little better last year - don't you? what do x's last four visits to kingston have to do with the upcoming game vs ri this year? both teams are entirely different.

you guys don't think much before you post, do you?
