All I am hearing now is that the courts are siding with the NCAA. Any lawyers out there keeping tabs on this issue? Will it not be adjudicated before the season starts?

I think we are okay if Filip is not playing, but I would be really happy if he does and gives X that extra depth. With Tru, Filip and Jovan, Richard had the old NM team almost back.
