I knew a private pilot who flew Huggins around on a UC booster's plane all the time. I would guess that the recruit and the parents cannot use the plane, and that the booster can't talk to the kid, with or without the plane, but donated services I strongly suspect are legal.

Thad has it in his contract that he can use an Ohio state plane for personal -- not recruiting, personal -- so many days per year.

Just received the Xavier Basketball program for the year with player info and such. Page 41 clearly states that the All for One Club makes it possible for X to use First-Class Travel. "Xavier's Chartered Flight Program"
