we just can't put it in the basket and have trouble even holding on to the ball
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Someone Remind me what exactly The Weave is supposed to do, other than conjure up nightmare memories of Steele?

I wonder how much damage will occur in the Seton Hall visitor's locker room this halftime?

The worst half of the year. The team looks liked their bored. Ten turnovers , almost no effort. Claude had another terrible half. Miller benched him for the last 10 minutes. Claude took a wide open three that missed the rim. 99% of high school kids at least hit the rim on wide open three point shots. Glad to see Nzeh get a chance. My man Ciani is the leading scorer at the half. Awful first half. Hope we at least see some effort and heart in the second half.

What a disgrace. The Valentines Day massacre!!! This is it for me talk to you all at the Big East Tourney time. Patience was my mantra but I am disgusted.

Sounds like the game not being available through a cable package, Paramount+, nor accessible via cbssports.com was a blessing. Can someone with connections please advise the administration to never air games on CBS? Fox, ESPN and NBC are projected to do a sports bundle this fall so those are the ideal networks - no cable service required, just the joint sports app (probably $35 to $45).

I feel bad for McKnight and Olivari if the team doesn't make the tournament. Both deserve to go and Olivari chose Xavier because he wanted to play in March madness. It is still possible but very unlikely. 1 loss the rest of the regular season and 1 win in BE tournament probably gets it done. I don't see that happening unless the team locks in on Defense and has 7 or fewer turnovers each game.

get down 18-2, basically played them even the rest of the time. you simply can't go on the road and have that kind of a start. i can take missed open looks that are good shots. it happens. but the turnovers to start the game. then the inability to guard. i'm not saying they weren't prepared. they were. but for whatever reason they just came out flat.

that was the difference in the game. you can't WAIT to play hard/play with energy.

How does the entire team start a game like that if they were prepared? I can see one or two, but the starting five and a number of the subs? How many drives ended with a travel hen doubled? How many ended with no one to pass it to when the drive was stopped, and if there was, the pass out of the drive was poor? Passes were telegraphed. The team was not prepared for the style Seron Hall threw at them. Players and coaches didn't prepare and now they have a 37% chance to get to the tourney
