How can we have no answer for Townsend? Miller had Claude and Swain guarding him which was a mistake. Our Euro's will be good but Gytis and Lazar are terrible defenders. We are in toruble down low against BE teams.

Des, Q.O. and McKnight need to drive, drive, drive in the second half because Oakland has 4 guys with 2 fouls and one with 3 unfortunately, none named Townsend.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

X does, unfortunately, his name is Jerome Hunter, and is sitting out this year. Sasa did some decent work but Swain was like a rag doll bouncing every time Townsend's shoulder hit his chest.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

My buzz word for the year is Patience and never was it more evident than tonight. We are young and Oakland is a veteran team but still we should not lose to Oakland on our home court. I saw a lot of role players for X but no go to stud. We will be in big trouble against the top 5 teams in the Big East. Our big guys are not ready. Ousman is needed and gives us physicality but he fouls too much. Our guards other than Des shoot good some times, play D sometimes, pass sometimes but it is not consistent enough. Olivari was MIA tonight. I hate to say this being an eternal optimist but we have a long ways to go to be competitive against top Big East teams. Go X! But......
