Too much Steele left in this team. No help side D or fight. Duke is beatable just not by us. Too inconsistent

Too careless with the freaking ball. If we just could have the same number of turnovers is duke, this would be a winnable game.

Exactly like the Indiana game, blew this son of a gun the first six minutes of the second half. Sloppy play and poor defense. Just dug to Deepa hole again

We blew the game when we were down 3 and blew four straight possesions. Having a PG and another big would help

Playing this game will bode well in March. I hope X can win the consolation game which might be against Purdue or the Zags.

Disappointing! Tough to beat quality teams when Jack & Fremantle play like that. Cut it to 3 a couple of times late in the game but just could not get over the hump. PG play is going to be an issue in tight games at least until Claude gets more experience. Jones got shut down in second half after Duke made adjustments. I agree a game like this will help us in conference and hopefully in March.

Nunge must have been tired . He really struggled 1-13. Freemantle was terrible too. Jones covered Filipowski the last 35 minutes of the game. Six foot 5 vs 7 foot and did very well. Don't know why Tandy was in there at the end instead of Kunkel. This team can not play defense .We have to outscore everyone

Kyle Filipowski had 12 points and was not Duke's leading scorer for the first time in five games who didn't play Defense on him? Duke outrebounded each of its first six opponents by double figures. Xavier's interior big men limited Duke to only a 33-32 advantage on the glass. Duke has averaged 77 points per game, so X held them under their average. Duke also holds opponents to 54 points per game. X played the #8 ranked team in the nation and didn't get blown out.

Had Jeremy Roach not been shooting out of his mind X would have had this game. Many of his shots were contested
