Yeah. The NCAA is definitely not going to make any exceptions, that much is clear.

He did take some English at his HS in Ethiopia. I have no idea how much, but there was a massive article about him in the Boston Globe and he was answering questions using a relatively advanced vocabulary. You never know with kids from Africa. Some of them learn a whole lot of languages, which does make it a little easier to pick up a new one.

Supposedly he is bright, and has a high GPA and solid transcript from his African HS and has been studying for 6 months straight for the ACT/SAT test in Sept.

Who knows? One thing is for sure, hees taaaaalllll.
