This is a huge recruiting get IMO, and really rounds out the class. Coming off of the season X had last year, and with expectations for this year being so high, it's nice to see the momentum continuing and positively impacting the recruiting for the future.

I'll save my exhilaration to the day when the LOI's are in and be content now to be simply excited and happy that Mr. Scruggs has indicated that X is his choice.
I visit the Hoops board but only for the basketball forum and have nothing to add but for the purpose of knowing something that may not be on this forum. Does that make me apathetic as to what is happening? No.

The way that plays out, it presents us with an interesting piece of conjecture: Will we ever see, in 2017-18, all five of those Freshmen on the floor at the same time (since they cover all 5 positions required)? I doubt that we will see those five (as it stands today) on the floor together in 2017-18 since I believe the big guy will probably red shirt. If, on the other hand, our staff brings another 4/5 guy who is of a high 3- or 4-star level, I could see that group together on the floor for at least brief spells.

What fun we're going to have over the next 4-5 years!

Who the heck cares how many will play together in 2017, who the heck cares what positions they will ultimately settle in to. Who the heck cares about anything right now other than pure EUPHORIA !!!!! For us older fans, we would have never dreamed of landing three four star kids much less a top 30 recruit. I know I speak for many who read yet never post here in saying today is a time to revel in the glee of these five talented kids. When the least heralded one is a rising 6-11 athletic late bloomer, come on - this rocks folks: !!!

That's the only point I was trying to make yesterday when I called for exhileration. If I was still in Cincy, I'd hsve driven over to Chicken on the Run in Deer Park and made some noise wih the indigenous X fans who arr always there.

Hops strikes again with the scoop. i've never met the guy, but I think I saw him a few nights ago, in No. Ky . I went to a BP gas station, and a guy with a raincoat and top hat emerged from a car with vanity plates of CMack. He was telling something in the dark shadows to a guy with a Xavier shirt, and what looked like a 9 year old boy. He must be Sky Hops Jr, whom Sky has referred to in the past. I saw Big Sky scream joyously, and the tall, fair skinned man drove off to the music of Carly Rae Jepsen.

Hops then prognosticates that Scruggs signing is imminent. Volia', Scrugg commits. Hops, you might as well change your name to Deep Throat. You have the HC as your inside source, while Muskieman has the 3rd cousin of a girl, dating the guy who details Coach Steele's car every other Saturday.
