The dreaded "midmajor" label strikes again!

Would it help to let go of this if we had four level labels, Major, midmajor, lowmajor, non-major?

It's just a label. What we do is more important than any label. Label or not, we are winning. Label or not, our RPI makes us a 2/3 seed.

Muskieman is right.......We are mid-major whiners if we obsess on what some talking heads say.

Enjoy this season, we are not guaranteed them forever or every year. Bask, luxuriate...go ahead, nothing can upset you.

CJ, I agree. There is no element of pain included with the word "mid-major". Also, since I do not play in the games and don't think it applies directly to Me. If the first thread doesn't happen there is no mid-major reaction..

Gary, you gotta quit listening to the shills. Bobo turned down the Midmajor player of the week honor for Drew. Articles have been written about how X has been playing well and is a top notch national program. I suggest that you go to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette and read the article in there that compares X to UNC, dook, and other top programs. People who know college basketball know that X is not a midmajor. People who claim as much should not be considered viable journalists. X is not midmajor. I know it, you know and anyone who has spent the past generation watching men's college basketball knows it.
