Ohio Players seeking court injunction

Attorneys Ryan Downton and Darren Heitner tell me that they have filed an injunction in Ohio for members of the HS Class of 2022 who have just completed their fourth year of competition.

Below are the players listed on the injunction in Ohio:

Filip Borovicanin
Malik Messina-Moore
MJ Collins
Kolby King
Javon Bennett
Chevalier Emery Jr.
Jalen Quinn
Savannah White
Donovan Brown
Christian Henry
Ziare Wells
Cristian Carroll
Shawn Phillips Jr.
Caden Powell
Josh Reed

Former Xavier players Filip Borovicanin and Malik Messina-Moore are part of the lawsuit seeking to gain another year of eligibility as part of yesterday’s “5-in-5” rule passage.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Where is Filip going to play? I'm afraid if reinstated Richard will play him a lot and he will have the ball in his hands way too much. Great rebounder, but not a great shooter and doesn't finish.

Skyhops Pitino will play him a lot. I see him as a bench player. He rebounds well because he tracks the shots very well. I hope he doesn't get major minutes and last year he did and we were terrible. Soft. Can't play Jovan and him at the same time unless you don't care about getting rebounds or winning. I don't see either guy as high end Big East players. If we still have N.I. L. money go get a fast guard
