muskieman has cleared Coach Miller. FBI got it all wrong.

Those 5 Level 1 violations can now be dismissed.

The only TWO infractions against MILLER are that he failed to promote a level of compliance and that he failed to keep institutional control. The other infractions are against the assistant coaches, not Miller. He is not named in them. There’s a big difference between breaking NCAA RULES and Federal LAWS. The NCAA did not indict Miller for breaking any laws, did they? The NCAA did not level any infractions against anyone for breaking a LAW, they leveled them for breaking RULES. Leave the Feds out of this, that’s completely separate from any NCAA process.

Now that doesn’t mean that I have no reservations about him being hired, I do. I don’t think that it’s a good look for the U at all. But it’s done and I’m willing to move on and let the NCAA process play out. I’m certainly not going to label him as anything at this point…either negative or positive.

Jonas seems like a real good coach, but I’m not willing to label the next great thing yet. The team has beaten 3 non-NCAA tourney teams at this point. Travis did that quite often too.

Sean doesn’t need me to clear him the facts that we know have done it nicely including Dawkins after he was convicted with shady FBI tactics. I guess you don’t believe in innocent until proven guilty so I hope you are never arrested. It still doesn’t give you any right to slander Sean without proven facts on a messageboard. Let me make it clearer you will take a vacation if you slander him again
So posters can say whatever they want about players: say they suck, wish they would transfer, question their toughness, and even poke fun at their appearance.

But if you have a viewpoint regarding the most controversial move in our programs history = slander. Got it.

Since Miller is apparently innocent and all this was done without his knowledge, let me say this instead:

I can't believe X hired a coach who was fired due to his team's poor performance on the court. That reflects poorly on his coaching ability.

Keep it up. Ask others here if there is a limit to trolling. We were here before you came and we will be here after you are gone.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
