The same link informs that Matthews is going to MichiganEdmond Sumner, Xavier: I might be the biggest Edmond Sumner fan that didn’t birth him. He’s an athletic 6-foot-6 point guard that is still growing into his body. He’s also still learning how to be a point guard — he’s a bit turnover prone, and he functions better in attack mode than as a facilitator — but there’s so much potential there. It will be interesting to see what he develops into next season, but he’s got the ability and the potential to be a first round pick one day.

Hmm - not quite the same. However, I believe most X fans expect him to leave after this season and to be a first round pick. I would expect Tre to leave also but he might not be a first rounder. Depends on who else enters the draft and how many international players show up on the radar screen.Shadow wrote:More precisely;LHSMuskie wrote:was viewing some articles June 21, 2016 thru NBC and one from NBC Sports has Sumner as a high Lottery pick for next year.

let's see what he has done with his body and game but he could be a lottery pick if his game goes to another level. He doesn't need to have the last picture in the minds of scouts to be driving into the land and bouncing backward after contacting the opponent.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
