Q has been playing well over the past few games, though the last one was a resounding thud. Steele did play KyKy in lieu of him a lot in the last 10 minutes. KyKy still needs more time period, because no one else provided a three point threat. This year's recruiting class was an awkward mix, with 3 post players and 2 guards. Next year's team needs a wing who can defend and shoot. Bishop seemed to be the guy, and he wasn't pushed out the door, so it's hard to put that on Steele. P.T. management has to be examined however, when we lose 3 SGs in three years. Obviously, having only two productive recruits, most of whom were four stars, in the last two years is problematic.skyhops wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2020 1:13 pmYou can’t keep losing four star players. It won’t hurt initially but it will in a year or two when depth is a problem like last year. Their is no reason that there can’t be a few mins for these players and especially KyKy. Q had four TO’s and 1 assist last game, I think he can be replaced for a few mins.
Steele has shown to be an excellent recruiter. He'll have to pull another rabbit out of the hat next year.
