Not sure yet if the game will be carried or not.

My guess is that there is a pretty good chance but I don't believe you will know until gameday or gametime. From what I have seen they list many of the games by name ordered by time. But towards the top it seems they always have two or three CSTV channels but don't seem to list the game or time the last time I looked. So given that the game is a big one on CSTV my guess is that it would be on there. Hope so for the sake of those outside the reach of CSTV on the air.
