XU-Duke in the Toledo Area

Postby dfcapp » Mon Dec 15, 2008 5:01 pm

Just an FYI to those in the Toledo area. Here's the email back from Dan Cummins, the WTOL (CBS) sports director on whether they were showing the XU game or the Michigan State-Texas game:

As I recall we had a choice and chose Xavier since there's a Toledo guy on the team.

Thanks

Is there a location where the Alum's in Toledo will be watching the game?

Figures we'd get screwed because there's no Chicago guys on the roster! (Not that that would make a difference, to be honest.)

file something, you are a lawyer...throw that weight around....find a sympathetic judge....buy an alderman....get one of your mob buddies. What is the use of that degree if you can not wield power
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
