I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

You would think that the Justice Dept has bigger fish to fry. What a significant waste of units of effort.

According to that article, a matriculated individual directing another to "Take leave and proceed to perform a impossible physical act upon your person" could be expelled.

"In some circumstances, the letter says, universities may take "disciplinary action against the harasser" even "prior to the completion of the Title IX and Title IV investigation/resolution." In plain English: Students can be punished before they are found guilty of harassment."

Only in the USA, our founding fathers are rolling in their grave.
