Sarah Leynedecker and Kae Satterfield combined for 35 points on Thursday afternoon, leading the Musketeers to a 64-50 win over Providence. The Musketeers improved to 4-3 (1-2 BIG EAST), while the Friars dropped to 4-5 (2-2 BIG EAST). Xavier returns to action on Sunday, Jan. 3 vs Creighton. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m. from Cintas Center.
